Thanks to all the IHD players for another great Spring and Summer Program. All of the players worked exceptionally hard! Good luck this season and we look forward to another great off season program next year!
Impact Hockey Development Spring Program is a combination of on and off ice hockey specific training. Each group is designed to push the players out of their comfort zones to maximize athletic capabilities. During the spring months players must focus more time and energy into off the ice training to give them the size and strength that is required to advance their overall game. All on and off ice sessions will be coached by ELITE, certified instructors. This program acts as a spring board into the more intense summer program to give the players the absolute best chance to make a great first impression when it counts the most at training camp at the end of August. The difference between elite athletes and average athletes is often commitment. Get your off season training program started early if you are serious about making next season the best you can.
