Our son Billy has been working with IHD since he started playing hockey (7 years ago)! He has worked with every coach and received excellent training tailored to his needs from Ice Privates to Group lessons to Dryland. Coaches have been professional, on time and have pushed him to excel.

I strongly believe that sports are one of the best conduits in raising our next generation to be healthy and strong, both mentally and physically. As my sons got more and more involved in hockey as their chosen sport, I searched around for a program that would parallel my parenting philosophy and also teach them sportsmanship, commitment, leadership, and of course I would also have to trust the coaches to be role models to my sons in these areas.
Through a friend, I discovered IHD in the fall of 2015 and have had my two sons enrolled in many of their various programs(skating camps, private lessons, BC Lightning Spring Hockey) ever since. I can honestly say that the level of knowledge, skills, and abilities displayed by the coaches is unparalleled by any other program I have seen. They are by far the most professional hockey group I have dealt with and I have nothing but the highest of praise for Tim Preston and his team. They take the time to get to know the kids on an individual basis, when to push, how to push, and motivate - my boys love them!
